Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and tracking availability may vary by country.
USA: 3–8 business days (with tracking)
Other countries: 3–12 business days (tracking may vary)
Note: Customs processing may cause delays. In rare cases, if tracking is not updated for 30–60 business days, we will re-ship your item.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Tags and original packaging must be intact
Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)
Gift cards and sale items

6. Do you follow the EU 14-day cooling-off period?
Yes. If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
If canceled within 30 minutes of ordering, a $20 transaction fee will apply.
If processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
